When I set out to find my first new home I quickly found what an overwhelming, stressful and frustrating hunt this could be. I didn’t know what questions to ask, what details to look for or where to find what I wanted in a home. After attending well over 30 open houses I was referred to a local real estate agent, Charles Cinquemani.

Charlie is a personable, knowledgeable, and experienced professional. He immediately put me at ease. He listened intently to what I was looking for in a first home. He promptly returned phone calls and emails and was flexible in scheduling appointments. Most importantly, Charlie went above and beyond to guide me through the process. He told me what questions to ask, he showed me what details to look for and brought me to where I could find what I wanted in a home.

Charlie was an active participant in the entire process. I was referred to Charlie in April of 2008 and the entire process was complete in approximately 10 weeks. I have now been living in my co-op for approximately one month and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Charlie to family and friends.
